Rove made an exceptional domain name upgrade, securing Rove.com with the help of @lumis_com.
The company had been using RoveMiles.com for its website.
Securing a brand matching domain name is a big deal!
Rove has been added to our list of companies that upgraded its domain name:

@embrace_com @Harper_Insure A great upgrade. They need to secure that name.

@DInvesting @domainIQ_com @DomainTools Oh I remember this name a few years ago. It's great for climbing and other industries.
English

Crux.com may have changed hands.
The domain name transferred to GoDaddy under Whois privacy and nameservers recently changed to Vercel.
It had been registered at Namecheap, and was previously listed for sale.
Spotted via @domainIQ_com and @DomainTools.

@DavidSustiel 68k is my guess. Hard to say but I think some will bid extra.

@Berryhillj @netsolcares I contacted both banks but haven't heard anything from them. I have no idea if they even cared to do anything about it. The support didn't seem to care much anyway.
English

@Berryhillj @netsolcares Scary. Scammers have tried to buy a domain a domain name from me. They faked a contract, impersonated a business man from the USA, and a banker from the USA. Created a fake wire transfer. I have his bank details because he wanted me to transfer about $50k to verify who I was.
English

Another fraudulent UDRP verification message has cause @netsolcares to lock a domain name because their compliance people are too stupid to verify an email header. Taking bets on how long it takes to unwind this one:

Is it just me or does this guy does this give off domain broker vibes?
Retard Finder@IfindRetards
That's it.. I'm done.

@ArifRusho @NamePros @atomHQ @afternic @Sedo @GoDaddy @DNJournal I like Claude the most. I was busy for holiday so didn't have time to vote

@embrace_com @FactoryAI Yes very good move. .com is much better.
English

This is a powerful upgrade.
@FactoryAI acquired Factory.com.
The .com is now forwarding to its website at Factory.ai.
Factory has been added to our list of companies that upgraded its domain name: embrace.com/companies-that…
Matan Grinberg@matanSF
Drop the .ai, try factory.com. It's cleaner

@NiklasMunch @pigC___ Well he is obviously wrong about eth being more valuable than com but what names did he call Rick? He could be right about that! Schwartz blocked me for telling a joke!

Another powerhouse acquisition finalized.
Apex Moon has successfully sold the Twig.com domain name for $695,000.
In an era with so much noise, brand clarity is the ultimate competitive advantage. A premium dictionary .com remains the gold standard. Short. Memorable. Authoritative.
Congrats to the team at Twig on the acquisition. We’re looking forward to seeing where you take it. 🚀
English

@andrewrosener It goes for both the buyers and sellers. I have had brokers contact me that want to sell my domain name for less than what I can sell it for on my own. Then they wonder why I didn't sell it for that price. I'm not looking for resellers.
English

The price a domain name can sell for at any given time in the market is NOT arbitrary.
But most seller's think they can set the price. They are wrong.
That does NOT mean that seller's are the ones in a compromised position.
Sometimes, the subjective variables of the market drive a premium price for a domain and sometimes, the need or desire to sell at a certain time period, making you subject to those same subjective variables, requires you to sell your domain for below what it's objective value may be.

@NiklasMunch When the domain has a lander - not at GD - makes no sense to reach out via that route. TBH @lumis_com and @TheDomainAgents can do a better job.
English

@DancerA I'm tempted to buy a domain name without The in the name. The domain name with the is a larger trading signal website.
