Though his words were not shared in the context of today’s current events, they ought to be recalled as we examine the objective failure of this administration’s disastrous decision to attack Iran. Over the last three years especially, we have watched Zionists bend the fabric of reality; They have purchased views, influencers and journalists. They have activated millions of online bots. They even went so far as to stage an open takeover of Tik-Tok when they grew incensed that the youth was sympathetic to Palestine. With a seemingly unlimited budget, they have feverishly banned accounts and passed speech laws—only to discover that none of these actions amount to real power. In fact, they represent actions taken when power is on the brink of collapse. Because while bots can land in every comment section across social media,they cannot land planes in the Middle East. Bots are not capable of putting their boots on the ground and delivering you Iran. It turns out you still need real human beings for that. The very kind that they have banned, blocked, and smeared for the better part of the last three years. No matter how many articles Bari Weiss publishes or how many monologues Mark Levin stammers through, the overwhelming majority of people in the world sense that Charlie Kirk was murdered for opposing this war and that Israel’s hands are not clean in the story. Charlie Kirk’s assassination and Netanyahu’s response to it, was consequential to Israel. There is a foundational principle that magicians should never believe in their own magic. It is important to draw a distinction between illusion and reality. It was not magic that maintained Israel’s place in the world. It was a reality that people like myself and like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly (however ignorant we may or may not have been in our earlier assessments) once genuinely supported Israel and thought Zionism was a moral position. We may have been wrong but we were many. More crucially, the American people as a whole believed in the innocence and friendship of Israel and were therefore willing to die overseas to defend Her. All of that goodwill has now evaporated and it happened virtually overnight. In their sheer arrogance, rather than meaningfully working to restore relationships, zionists continue to use tactics of slander, deception, law-fare and yes, murder to force their perspectives. They no longer seem capable of making a distinction between illusion and reality. They wrongly assumed that with enough money, they could purchase truth. Zionists are quite literally their own worst enemies right now. No one believes them about anything anymore, nor should they. Calls to “prosecute Tucker Carlson” or to “bankrupt Candace Owens” register to the public as exactly what they are: Rabid, ill-advised demands from a bunker normally made right before an empire is about to fall. Last month, he dared to write an article for American Greatness, centered around nine recommendations for War College reform. The recommendations included firing most civilian faculty and ending permanent military faculty positions.
You hold a permanent civilian faculty position at a War College. You did not mention this in your article.
In short, you named him, exposed his life to danger, because you really are arguing for your job and self-preservation.
Know what is the most disgusting, hypocritical part of this is?
In the Fall 2017 issue of eARMOR (the U.S. Army Armor Branch professional journal) you published an article. You titled it "Our Readiness Problem: Brigade Combat Team Lethality." You opened with General Milley: "Our fundamental task is like no other — it is to win in the unforgiving crucible of ground combat." Your thesis: "If we are to get after GEN Milley's No. 1 priority, we must first address brigade combat team (BCT) lethality." The word "lethality" appears in your article about fifty times. You meant it as a compliment.
Now contrast to today's piece. You wrote this: "In staking out this Huntingtonian position, the cult of lethality does a disservice to service members and the American people."
The same word. Nine years apart. You were a field commander then, and lethality was the mission. You are a faculty member now, and lethality is what your critics embarrassingly worship.
Frankly - and you will never realize this - but you yourself are the living, walking example of the thesis which @PeteHegseth is proving.
Also, you named a section of today's article after Colin Powell. You called him your model of what War College education produces. Colin Powell endorsed Barack Obama in 2008, endorsed Joe Biden in 2020, and publicly called Donald Trump "dangerous for our democracy." Powell, who infamously tipped the scales at the UN to start the Iraq war even after privately doubting the WMD intelligence, is your hero in an article about who gets to reform the military in 2026.
In addition to being a doxxer, you look a lot less like someone who's defending institutions, and a lot more like someone who exemplifies institutional capture in the name of self-preservation. And you disclosed none of it.
Let me reiterate.

When Tucker got axed from Fox, I was gutted. Actually devastated. I rage-quit cable the same day—cut the cord, done. Then when he started those marathon interviews on his own site, I’d prop my phone, laptop, even the old desktop and let them autoplay all night. Every view I could give him, I gave. I thought I was fighting the good fight.
Now I just feel stupid. I spent months quietly boosting a venomous, antisemitic con man. I’m ashamed I ever believed in him.
