I just saw the lifeless body of a dispatch rider lying by the pavement on the road. Apparently, a car knocked him down and fled the scene. Area boys opened his dispatch box,took everything inside and took his phone.People stood there and watched him bleed out to death because no hospital will admit him without a police report or any form of ID. Where is humanity?💔He was just trying to make an honest living!

I just found out that whenever i leave for work, my security man takes my key from where i keep it, opens my door and puts stuff like drinks/water in my fridge and takes them out before i come back. I left the house this morning and came back because i forgot something i was supposed to give to someone. I opened my fridge and i saw stuff that i didn’t put there. I asked him and he admitted to it. I don’t even know how to feel about it.

@otgyana Hey! Lymphatic drainage specialist here ! There are lymph ducts (drain holes) in the body. lymph nodes facilitate movement of toxic waste out of the body, when you drain the nodes they get rid of inflammation caused by water & toxins in the body, making you look slimmer.

i’ll never understand lymphatic drainage. drain it to WHERE
