Chelsea fans have two options. Accept the destruction of our football club. Not just the quality on the pitch, but its heart and soul. Or protest against these crappy, arrogant, greedy owners.🧵

Isn’t it ironic. Following the @NotAProjectCFC piece last week… It is fucking obvious to anyone with half a football brain how this would play out. Players look at Rosenior and think. Really, this is the level? And yet we’re told there’s no statistical relationship between managers and results.😂😂 I’d be interested to know if Enzo is making the same comments about tactics if he’s playing under Enrique. A coach by the way the club didn’t think was the right fit for Chelsea. You genuinely couldn’t make this shit up. Time for change! Blueco/Clearlake Out

We had a manifesto. It set out clear points around accountability, recruitment, leadership and direction. The club heard it and chose not to engage with it. That’s the problem. They don’t listen. They don’t care. They operate with an arrogance that suggests they believe supporters will just accept whatever direction they decide to take. We didn’t ask for this model. We’ve shown patience for four years. The connection between fans and the club is now at an all-time low. What used to be something we looked forward to every weekend has, for the majority become a chore. Supporters overwhelmingly do not want this ownership structure. We want and deserve new custodians of our club.

@calax12 @NotAProjectCFC Right now the club will just look at this and ignore it because it isn't a realistic goal and it won't be unified.

🚨Breaking: Protest Update: We would like to announce that further protest action is being planned. In light of recent events and the continued erosion of the values that once defined Chelsea Football Club, we believe “it’s fucking obvious” sustained action is required. Since the first protest we have engaged with numerous fan groups and organisations. We recognise that not everyone feels comfortable standing outside the ground protesting, but we would welcome the support of those who, like us, believe the current state of the club and the direction it is heading cannot continue. One of the key reflections since the last protest is that the message must be aligned and the fanbase needs to be united. It is clear to us that the current ownership are not listening. They do not care about supporter concerns and they are jeopardising the future of our football club. Our message is simple. BlueCo / Clearlake Out. We are currently finalising the details of the next protest. We are also looking to organise opportunities for fans who may have concerns about protesting but still want a space to share their frustrations and engage with others who feel the same way. We also want to be clear that the message on the day must remain focused. The protest is about the ownership and the direction of the club. That means: No Tottenham songs No chants about former or current players No chants about former or current managers All of our energy should be directed at the same message. BlueCo / Clearlake Out. Further details will be announced in the coming weeks.

🚨NEW BLOG! We were recently invited to a meeting with a Chelsea club director. In the interests of all Chelsea fans, we reveal what we were told. While we respect and thank the club for reaching out and giving us the chance to meet in person, we feel the attitude conveyed by the club director was symptomatic of the hubris, arrogance and dismissiveness with which the current ownership has run the club since taking over. We were told: ➡️ There is no appetite to compete to sign players the other top clubs are signing ➡️ It will take at least a few more years to compete at the top, but they don’t know when exactly ➡️ Luis Enrique would not be the right fit for us as manager ➡️ There is no statistical relationship between managers and results ➡️ John Terry is not the right fit for the first team professionally ➡️ It is “f***ing obvious we are building one of the best teams in the world” We did not accept these points and were not impressed. We are pleased to launch the NotAProjectCFC blog. We will be using this page to post statements and articles, not only providing updates on the group’s activities, but also providing greater scrutiny of what is going on at Chelsea Football Club. You can read our first blog in the link below, as we call for fans to unite with a clear plan going forward for how to challenge the way the club is being run. We recently met with a member of the Chelsea board of directors, and will be uploading an article on how this panned out, so stay tuned. Up the Chels! notaprojectcfc.com/blog/

We care about Chelsea Football Club at every level, men’s team, women’s team, academy, the lot. What we don’t do is blindly defend an ownership model while ignoring the damage it’s causing. Your Clearlake loyalty is obvious to anyone reading. You’re not defending the women’s team, you’re defending the people stripping the club of its identity. That makes you part of the problem.

News that Paul Green has left his role within the women’s team only strengthens our resolve. We’ve been having meaningful conversations behind the scenes while taking time to reflect on how we can have more impact than the protest before Brentford. That work is ongoing. If reports are true, this is yet another example of Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart meddling and overstepping. Across the men’s team, women’s team and beyond, they are stripping the club of its identity piece by piece. Fans should not accept this. We need to unify and demand their removal from our club.
Rob@journalism_rp

Paul Winstantley and Laurence Stewart have been responsible for pushing one of the best, smartest, most popular and most important people in Chelsea FC Women's history out the door, through their incompetence and meddling. They have 0 knowledge or expertise in women's football.

Some reflections from yesterday. We hoped for more people to turn up, but there’s still a lot to take from it. Speaking personally, we learned a lot. If anything, yesterday reinforced what we’ve been hearing for months match-going fans and those online are deeply unhappy with the ownership model and the project being implemented through the sporting structure. The recent CST survey was pretty damning, with well over 80% saying they lack confidence. That level of disconnect between fans and club feels as wide as it’s ever been. It’s also important to be honest about the split in messaging. There are fans who believe the only answer is BlueCo Out. We understand that frustration. Many of us would prefer Chelsea not to be owned by BlueCo/Clearlake/Boehly either. But we also have to be realistic about what’s achievable right now. Yesterday, the loudest message from those who attended was BlueCo Out, and that’s something we need to reflect on. We should also acknowledge the chanting. When songs drifted toward unrelated rivals, it diluted the message and hurt the credibility of what we were trying to do. Whether we like it or not, that kind of thing makes it easier for people to dismiss any action as unserious. What really stood out, though, was how different people experience football. For some, it’s everything. For others, it’s a release at the end of the week. Some want the full matchday experience a few times a season. Others can’t be there at all but still care just as deeply. That matters when we talk about taking action. A lot of fans who are unhappy simply aren’t comfortable standing in a street protesting alongside people they don’t know or can’t relate to and that doesn’t always make them any less invested. So we think a more measured approach is needed next, and we’re genuinely open to ideas. A few questions we’d like to put to you: 1️⃣ How do we reach the large number of fans who are unhappy but don’t want to protest publicly? 2️⃣ What are better, more meaningful ways of communicating supporter concerns to the club? 3️⃣ What issues should be prioritised and pushed hardest? 4️⃣Are you happy to accept the current direction the club is heading? – Ownership model – Sporting direction and success – Front-of-shirt sponsor – Ticketing – Stadium – All of the above This isn’t about forcing one view or pretending we have all the answers. It’s about listening, learning, and finding a way forward that actually brings supporters together.

Learnings from today’s protest. Plenty of food for thought. We believe the overwhelming majority of Chelsea fans are unhappy with the direction of the club which stems from the ownership model and sporting leadership. The question now is how best to apply meaningful pressure for a change in approach. We appreciate everyone who attended, and know many more wanted to. Although we anticipated more numbers it gives us something to work with moving forward. We’re not perfect but we will certainly persist. We only want what’s best for the club. Success on the pitch, which starts with success off it. This ownership isn’t delivering that. The most important thing today was the 3 points. Congratulations to Liam and the team on a huge win.

Today is protest day. Today is about Chelsea supporters coming together as one. Since this ownership model and sporting leadership took control of our elite club, we’ve seen constant upheaval, broken promises, and a steady erosion of the identity that made Chelsea what it is. Today, we ask anyone who can be there to be there whether you have a match ticket or not. Stand with us and make your voice heard. This is a peaceful but noisy protest. We’ve been patient. We’ve listened. And now we’re saying clearly: the standards being set are not good enough. It’s time for change and for those who have set out this direction to be held accountable. Fans are not an obstacle we are the foundation of the club. You have underestimated us. This is the beginning of sustained, collective action against an ownership model and sporting structure that has lost touch with the supporters. Stand side by side. Old fans, new fans, local and global. If you can be there, be there. If you can’t, know your voice is with us. Appreciate @siphillipssport and @Jai_Mcintosh for the platform. The reasons are piling up. The identity of our club matters. That’s why we’re pushing back. If we stand still and accept the clubs current direction of travel then standards at an elite club like ours will continue to fall. Today is huge both on and off the pitch.
