@Paulie_WT @SundayChants Attacking midfielder doesn't mean being violent midfield?? must have got the wrong end of the stick
English

@SundayChants Guy has more cards than goals this season. And last season. He actually has as many cards as goals in his career (as an Attacking Midfielder)💀
Judging by stats alone, he must have been fun to watch like 5 years ago

@whispous @chris_strat @dresserman Yes and he's saying morons also visit the supermarket and buy food
English

@chris_strat @dresserman No, what i'm saying is that if you can't wave a QR code at a hand scanner/self checkout and have it scan instantly, you're a moron.

@BigpictureBTC @JoshMandell6 @saylor What about if STRC keeps adding multiple billions of bitcoin to the nav per week?
Is it always worse-off because the liability just keeps growing?
English

@JoshMandell6 @saylor To put this in perspective, if BTC climbs back to $118k, assuming zero BTC purchases and no share issuance - 169,868 Real Sats/Share. Still lower than before STRC.

How much of $MSTR’s BTC do common shareholders actually own? (Today vs. Before STRC)
Here's a mathematical breakdown revealing exactly how much Bitcoin is actually left for common shares based on the legal hierarchy of the corporate capital stack.
PART 1: AS OF TODAY (April 21, 2026)
- BTC Price: $76,470
- TOTAL TREASURY: 815,061 BTC ($62.33B)
SENIOR FIAT OBLIGATIONS (Paid First):
- Debt (Secured & Unsecured): $8.25B = 107,885 BTC
- Preferred Equity (STR Series Notional): $11.44B = 149,601 BTC
- TOTAL SENIOR CLAIMS: $19.69B
- TOTAL IN BTC: 257,486 BTC (~31.6%)
RESIDUAL CLAIM (Common Shareholders):
- REMAINING BTC: 557,575 BTC (~68.4%)
- REAL SATS/SHARE: 146,120 (vs. 213,597 advertised)
PART 2: BEFORE STRC LAUNCH (July 29, 2025)
- BTC Price: $118,000 (Per Q2 2025 SEC Ex-99.1 filing)
- TOTAL TREASURY: 628,791 BTC ($74.19B)
SENIOR FIAT OBLIGATIONS (Paid First):
- Debt (Secured & Unsecured): ~$4.50B = 38,135 BTC
- Preferred Equity (Pre-STRC STR Series Notional): ~$1.20B = 10,169 BTC
- TOTAL SENIOR CLAIMS: ~$5.70B
- TOTAL IN BTC: 48,304 BTC (~7.7%)
RESIDUAL CLAIM (Common Shareholders):
- REMAINING BTC: 580,487 BTC (~92.3%)
- REAL SATS/SHARE: ~188,861 (vs. ~204,578 advertised)
THE STRC RESULT:
- Sats/Share BEFORE STRC (at $118k BTC): 188,861
- Sats/Share BEFORE STRC (if BTC was $76,470): 180,325
- Sats/Share TODAY (After STRC at $76,470): 146,120
(By normalizing the BTC price to $76,470, we can see the STRC preferred equity wall alone permanently erased ~34,205 real sats/share from common stockholders).
STRUCTURAL REALITIES:
IF DEBT CONVERTS: If bondholders convert to equity instead of taking cash, massive share dilution occurs. "Advertised Sats/Share" decreases either way.
STRESS TEST: This is not a bankruptcy prediction by any means, but rather a structural stress test. To understand a common shareholder’s true exposure, we have to calculate how much of the total BTC holdings they actually have a right to.
Note: $MSTR common stock is structurally uncollateralized. It is an unsecured equity instrument, not debt backed by a BTC lien. Shareholders own a fractional share of the operating business, not a legally perfected claim to the underlying Bitcoin.

@quantam_lock @EvanLuthra I don't disagree, it's happening and will get worse.
I'm not sure if I see the problem, though. How are you thinking about this compared to people no longer having horse riding skills en masse? Or knowing binary?
It's only really a problem if the current technology fails
English

If you’re working FTE and if company forces you to use LLMs then your skill level is going to go down. You’re going to start forgetting syntax because all the typing is outsourced to LLMs. Very soon humans are going to lose some thinking ability as well.
Think of pre-GPS days vs Google Maps days. Pre-GPS most of the people knew directions where they lived. Now no human take any effort of remembering directions. Same will happen with coding.
English

@EvanLuthra At some point all programmers are going to have memory atrophy with coding. How are we going to deal with that?

Time to post my annual “how artificially compressed are British wages”; 2025 edition. This is due to rising minimum wage and a 50k+ p/a tax bracket that runs to 40% of earnings, and hasn’t adjusted for inflation.
As Kuan Yew suggests; artificial wage compression has turned everyone in Britain into low productivity tax cattle - you have zero incentive to become anything other here.

People love to criticize online, but there is no doubt that Jeff has earned every bit of his success. It’d be nearly impossible to find someone that shows up as consistently as Jeff has for the past 2 years and gives it everything they’ve got constantly. I’m glad he’s on our team, he’s a force I’d hate to have to compete against.
