Answer is a sickening amount that disenfranchises democratic voters in the same way complained about here. Of course the hypocrisy of his post and what your reply points out is self evident. He was probably cheering in other instances. But any shot a dem and repub w different policy goals could both agree it’s wrong when a red state does it, and it’s wrong when a blue state does it? The political class will never stop doing it unless the “People” on both sides reject their attempts to take both our voices away. Otherwise, they bank on our support when it suits *them* and our opposition when it suits *their* colleagues on the other side of the power structure
