@KerryLynneFindl I work in health care in BC. They thought about renewing the vaccine requirements for all staff last year. I think they realized how many more staff they would lose and dropped it.

British Columbia’s health care system is in shambles, and the NDP still refuses to bring back the thousands of doctors and nurses they pushed out over the COVID vaccine mandates. We face a critical shortage of physicians and nurses in emergency rooms, family practices, and rural communities across our province. Yet thousands of highly trained health care professionals who chose not to comply with the mandate remain locked out of the system. This is unacceptable. When I am Premier, that ends on day one. I will immediately restore full licensure and practising rights to every doctor, nurse, and health care worker who was forced out because of the vaccine mandate.
