@EMDocJB @DrPaulRees @edbarn @vic_ermedic Do you have a selection criteria for these patients? e.g. downtime less than 30 mins? Multiple coexisting diseases? Potentially reperfusion time of 11 mins is outstanding.

Still a work in progress but this is a flavour of what the #SPEAR algorithm looks like. Prioritising the essentials done well, moving rapidly to invasive techniques to attempt to improve coronary perfusion and achieve ROSC.
