This weekend i had the opportunity to attend to the SPEARS course. It was an amazing experience; pushing the boundaries of resuscitation therapy towards a physiological approach - this is the way to improve ROSC / survival. 1/ When we talk about guidelines with Level A or B evidence — like sepsis or PE — we often see selective adherence. “Guidelines are just guidance. Clinical judgment comes first.” Fair enough. I agree.ut when it comes to AHA resuscitation guidelines — especially ACLS — it almost becomes a religion.
