@VridhiJaitly @Niva_Bupa @Bupa Niva Policy Customer information sheet and IRDA says claim settlement within 15days, which must be followed by them. It seems to be delaying tactics, Lodged claim Online, allotted Claim ID, thereafter asked you to submit all Original bills, which scanned records they have. Joke

While insurance renewal last year, I was sold a new policy called Reasssure2.0 which states that I have 'lock the clock' feature: means my premium will stay the same until a claim is made. Even with NO claim, my premium has increased. Would like the clarification @Niva_Bupa
