It seems to be delaying tactics, Lodged claim Online, allotted Claim ID, thereafter asked you to submit all Original bills, which scanned records they have. Joke

While insurance renewal last year, I was sold a new policy called Reasssure2.0 which states that I have 'lock the clock' feature: means my premium will stay the same until a claim is made. Even with NO claim, my premium has increased. Would like the clarification @Niva_Bupa
