@Bemetisa1 @mamuoshak @FaraOn13thFloor @USCIS @DHSgov منم تو دوره ۲۴۰ روزم که ۱۲ اپریل تموم می‌شه. با کارفرما/وکیل مشورت کنین حتما. تغییرات بسته به نوع شغل فرق می‌کنه مثل تغییر محل انجام کار یا از حضوری به آنلاین و بالعکس و یا تغییر در وظایف کاری و میزان اهمیت‌شون. برای من تغییر حقوق در جولای اتفاق میوفته نه الان.

Since I’m currently in the 240-day extension period, it seems like an amendment wouldn’t extend my work authorization beyond that. كارفرما تغييري لازم بود اول توي حقوق يا چيزي لحاظ كنه؟ انكار شامل ما نميشه😢

Your work authorization is effectively extended indefinitely until a final decision (approval or denial) is reached.
