Yeah, I know they argue that he gains "are not on g", although this is false and doesn't even matter.
short rant but I'm tired of this cycle:
- someone claims education/Flynn effect improves iq
- Crem claims they are not on g and only g matters and gets 10k likes
- I link my thread that debunks these claims
- HBD adjacent IQ researchers retweet crem
- Other psychometricians agree with my thread
-These two groups never talk to each other, therefore this gets repeated like 4x/year

This study used within family and found about 0.18-0.18 r. Or about 3 percent of the variance of IQ being explained by brain size

Not a high correlation, of course - but there is quite literally more evidence for phrenology than for many/most modern social science theories.

One of my favorite chud facts is that brain size actually does corilate with IQ at .36—similar to the correlation between between years of schooling and earnings

Saying the Gaza War was a genocide during the war was one thing, saying it now that the war is over and its thus clear the Israeli government didn't seek the annihilation of Gazans as a group much less Palestinians makes the ICJ case look stupid.

@BrainyMarsupial @elephant_ben Israel publicly advocates ethnic cleansing of a group, has laws that explicitly disfavor this group based on ethnic descent and clearly increased it's civilian casuality count/damage beyond necessary when dealing with this group, it becomes hard to say there is nothing systemic.
