@apscarolina @unhealthytruth Yeah, did both. I found traditional braces worked best for me. But definitely wear the retainer after to keep them straight.

@PetzKathy @unhealthytruth I am trying to figure out which way to go also, and I am leaning towards regular braces b/c I won’t be great at keeping them in like I am supposed to. I also feel like regular braces is the tried and true method. Hard to know for sure.

I never had braces. But I’m thinking of doing Invisalign. For those of you who did it was it a good experience and you have to really wear a retainer for years and years after?
