I think people project tv show Robert Baratheon onto the book version. In the book he’s only 36 years old, 6’6” and while overweight, can still fight and can obviously lose weight on campaign. In the show he’s short, fat and in his mid 40s.

I'm not going to lie, this Bryan Johnson situation has me all fucked up. He could have been the chosen one. He was literally seducing goth chicks who fed him acai balls while he was tripping balls on mushrooms, putting Grimes as the DJ, creating good memes and telling Indians to fix their country. @briebriejoy I tend to think oven roasted broccoli (toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, whatever) tastes better, and can be placed on the rack above your chicken. Crispy lil’ florets.

You gotta meal prep. You can buy a pack of six bone in skin on chicken thighs for like, 7 bucks. Buy Adobo seasoning. Heat the oven to 425. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken. Place on baking sheet. Cook for 40 min. Roast 2-3 sweet potatoes either whole, or as I prefer, cubed up small. Salt. Roast those too. Microwave broccoli florets in a glass bowl with a little water and a plate on top to trap some steam. (If you want to microwave them in the bag that's between you and the microplastic God). Toss with a big pat of butter and some salt -- garlic powder if you're feeling fancy. Get a cheap rice cooker if you don't already have one and make some rice. This represents *an entire week* of dinner. I like to mix in some salmon steaks (more expensive than chicken) and some other veggies (I love a green bean or some cabbage-based bag salads bc they don't go bad in the refrigerator). You can also do baby potatoes and chop up some onions to cook on the sheet pan too. Very minimal chopping, no marination, no prep, and everything is done within the hour.

If a police officer pulls me over, and I don’t like the charges, I can have my day in court. If I get out of my car, stick my phone in his face and cuss him out, I’ll get additional charges and probably arrested. If I get out of my car and get in a fist fight with him, I deserve to get my ass beat. If I choose to get in a fist fight with him and have a gun on me, I deserve to get shot if they feel threatened making split second decisions. All this can be avoided if I simply accept, and respect, the officer’s authority a remain a law abiding citizen. The fact this is a wild take in America today is laughable.

he was blocking traffic and assaulted someone..... it illegal to block traffic, even while protesting, you need a permit from the city. how come the city hasnt issued these people permits to protest on the streets? So hes already breaking the law, then he pushes someone, then resists arrest aand has a concealed gun on him while resisting. did you expect the police to wait for him to pull it out before or after he was resisting?
