I don’t think so. What would they nuke? They already dropped 20 Hiroshimas on Gaza. And certainly if they ever did launch they would be wiped out starting with Pakistans nukes and Irans likely nukes. True we can’t stop them as things fall apart (and can’t stop things falling apart), but using them even when losing the state strikes me as unlikely as Iran using its nukes the minute it has them as some like Trump claim.
