I realize I'm saying this as someone who's been hospitalized for exhaustion, but it really does seem like you don't need much sleep. If humans needed sleep, I would be able to sleep. I've gotten like 16 hours of sleep in the last 96 hours and I can't sleep now. You don't need it!

I cannot get fired (I have seen the background check reports. People know I lie multiple times on my resume. No one seems to care enough to say something.) I cannot get hired somewhere I won't hate everyone. I cannot move to a better apartment. I cannot move to a worse apartment.

All I've ever really wanted was to be wealthy and famous and successful, live in NYC, and get fired from all the jobs I hate. I've accomplished only one of those goals. It seems impossible to get fired in this country. I hate doing things I don't like doing. It's unbearable.

People like to be very down on hate, but I don't think we ever really talk about how great hating feels. Hating things and people and various groups feels terrific and it's also just a lot of fun. You never run out of hate and it doesn't wear you out. In fact, it energizes you!

Those of us on the left should try to continue being on the right side of history by doing much more to identify and relentlessly fight back against the very real antisemitism that is rising around the globe & make it very clear that genuine antisemitism has no place on the left.

I’m sorry I like Shapiro but can we just be real? Nobody is being silenced. AIPAC and allied groups are spending more than anyone besides tech (if you lump AI/crypto) in these primaries. If Big Oil put 30 mil into a house race and people said Big Oil was trying to buy races nobody would complain about that.
We can acknowledge that anti-semitism is a scourge that is on the rise & that some people use AIPAC as a stand in for “jews”, while also stating plainly that the pro-Israel lobby is trying to influence these races at a disproportionate level.
Both of those things are happening. The former won’t be helped by pretending like the latter isnt.
