Today is my first day as a Professor @ut_caee. In the few months since I heard the news, I got to celebrate the graduation of 3 more students & meet 4 past students in three continents: Hamza in Atlanta (no pic.🙁), Wai Joon visiting Austin, Antonis in Greece, & Ahmad in Lebanon.

I taught my last @ut_caee class as an #AssociateProfessor. It was a great experience teaching Earth Slopes & RetainingStructures as a flipped classroom. I loved having more in depth discussions and see the progression of quality of students’ inquiries during the semester. #HookEm
