@harlemoz There's been very few hires made official at this pt, but Mike Mickens, the secondary coach and defensive pass game coordinator, is black. I know they've interviewed minority candidates at QB coach, special teams coordinator, defensive coordinator. They're very early in process.

The Ravens are working to finalize a deal with Navy defensive coordinator P.J. Volker to join Jesse Minter’s staff as a defensive assistant, per sources. Minter and Volker coached together at Georgia St and Indiana St and played college ball together. They are extremely close.

Personally I think two things can be true: Monken put the defense in bad spots at times, but orr's inability to use press coverage and other tools available were also a factor in the defense's inconsistency #filmstudymailbag
