@IncomeTaxIndia I tried to raise a fresh grievance again today but got the same error message again! I wonder you are really interested in solving taxpayers' problems? @IncometaxIndia

@IncomeTaxIndia I was asked to raise a fresh grievance with my • PAN • Contact Details • With detailed information • Error screen shot. However, I am now unable to raise a fresh Grievance as your portal says I have submitted too many grievances today, which is not true!

@IncomeTaxIndia I have emailed your website team as advised, to disable higher security login to my efiling account, but my emails are not delivered as your email system refuses to accept a connection. Please investigate as it must be affecting millions of taxpayers like me!

@IncomeTaxIndia No progress so far hence I called your call centre again today and as advised by them I have submitted a grievance (#22322291) on your efiling portal today along with all the supporting documents. Please check and help me get this problem sorted out.

@IncomeTaxIndia They have asked me to send email to the same address that is not receiving my emails, as mentioned in my original complaint. Can you please forward my documents to the concerned people at your end to help me resolve this issue?

@IncomeTaxIndia As mentioned in my earlier tweets, there is no ticket number because your emails remain undelivered to your email system. The email header is: Undeliverable: Re: Request to disable higher security login. I have also emailed to the new email ID as advised in your earlier reply.

@Prof_Pi_ Dear @Prof_Pi_, Please share the ticket no. that you may have received after submission of the issue via email. Alternatively, let us know the subject line (masking personal details) & timestamp of your email. We'll check with the team concerned.

@UnionBankTweets I have contacted your Sikanderpur Branch and NRI call centre many times to get my PAN linked back to my netbanking account but to no avail. Please help as I am unable to file my tax return without my PAN linked back to my netbanking account.

@airindia Flight AI121 from Delhi to Frankfurt on 30th May in Boeing 787 Dreamliner was possibly the worst flight in my 30+ years of flying - broken seats, dirty toilets, non-functional entertainment system and served Halal food instead of my pre-booked Hindu Meal... @MoCA_GoI
