@UnionBankTweets Is there anything worse in this world than the U. Bank mobile application? If WiFi is on it will not accept. If we use data it will not working no response. Did you just check your app rating on the Play Store? It's only a 3 star. it's a shame that apps like this

@UnionBankTweets My daughter is having SB A/c with your Bank for past >10 years. Despite her not giving any consent (in writing / otherwise) she got an SMS to keep balance for "renewal" premium (Rs. 436) of PMJJBY policy. This is fraudulent. How to address it? @RBI @FinMinIndia

@UnionBankTweets Now remove the PMSBY and PMJJBY policies from my bank account immediately This unauthorized enrollment is unacceptable If not resolved promptly I will escalate the matter to the RBI Banking Ombudsman and Consumer Court.

Union Bank of India enrolled me in PMSBY & PMJJBY without my consent and deducted ₹20 & ₹436. As a customer, I was neither informed nor asked these policies were imposed on me without permission.🤬 This is a clear breach of trust and financial harassment..🤬 @UnionBankTweets
