@ProtectionOne Beware of dealing with this company. They send employees into new neighborhoods with contracts and lie about the contract length. We were told we had a 3 year contract (when in reality was 58 months?) and are now being charged to cancel the contract. Predatory.

My folks used Protection 1 home security. They died, we sold the house in May 2017. Closed our account. Balance zero. 15 mos later, my sister gets 2 bills from a collection agency for $475 addressed to our parents at her address. Nice work, @ProtectionOne.

@ProtectionOne downgraded to a POS new and improved panel. Hasnt worked half the time since the install. It's a joke. Every time I have to call I get a new person, to explain all over again, get the same response "we'll schedule a tech". What's the definition of insanity???
