Valuation sits at $730-852B range, but they're targeting a public listing above $1 trillion. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are leading the deal. > Anthropic - October 2026 Targeting an October 2026 Nasdaq listing. Last private round valued them at $965B, and IPO pricing could cross $1 trillion. The wild stat: their revenue run-rate jumped from $1B (Dec 2024) to $47B (May 2026), nearly double OpenAI's, and they're telling investors it'll surpass $50B by July. If this prices as expected, it'd be one of the largest tech IPOs ever. > Canva - H2 2026 No S-1 filed yet, but there are signals: $42B valuation as of an August 2025, employee share sale, a move to a US Delaware parent, and they hired Zoom's former CFO (who guided that company through its IPO). > Revolut - 2026/2028 They're doing a secondary share sale in H2 2026 that could value them above $100B (current: $75B), with a longer-term target of $150-200B.
