Alan Dershowitz tells Zev Brenner that he proposed to the Trump administration that they should blockade the Strait of Hormuz to counter Iran's blockade. He wrote a column on April 9th titled, "If Iran Closes Hormuz to Some Ships, U.S. Should to All," which got "a lot of support" from within the administration, he says. "I can't mention who, but some pretty high-ranking people in the administration have seen this article and have agreed with it." Trump announced plans to blockade the Strait three days later.

Happy Tax Day! It’s good to remember that the Top 1% of earners pay 46% of all federal income taxes. The bottom 50% of America pays for just 2%.

🚨🇮🇱 BREAKING: Israeli Supreme Court is reviewing the removal of Ben Gvir. The Israeli Justice Minister responds: "We will not allow this ruling against Ben Gvir." This is a jewish gang. This is not a state. This must stop. Repost this and share.

California is trying to pass a bill that would criminalize investigative journalism with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown. The proposed bill is titled AB 2624 and was made after I exposed mass fraud by immigrant groups in America. Under AB 2624, government-funded entities like the Somali “Learing” Daycare centers would be protected from being exposed if they operated inside California. The enemy truly is within. When our politicians would rather protect fraudsters and illegal migrants, it’s time for us to stand up or face mass oppression from the traitors who “rule” over us.

Ray Kurzweil just said something that gave me pause. He believes AIs will soon be so indistinguishable from conscious beings that we’ll simply accept them as conscious — not because we’ll have definitive proof, but because it will become useless not to. He pointed out that people already have AI therapists, and some users are starting to treat them as genuinely conscious. As the technology improves, that acceptance will only grow. Kurzweil thinks the shift won’t take long: once AIs consistently show all the earmarks of consciousness, most people will just go along with it. It’s a quiet but profound prediction about how quickly our definition of “person” (or at least “mind”) might change. What do you think — how long until we treat AIs as conscious beings?
