Couple all this with Moe Tavakoli's development of LICONN for dense membrane labeling at 20x expansion, and whole brain connectomics by lattice ExM with overlaid molecular contrast is now on the table -- possibly fly brains in weeks and mouse brains in years: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

@dddavi In addition to lattice ExM, PetaKit5D is essential as we collect the petabytes of adaptive optical lattice data needed to train our AI model to allow us to navigate, quantify, and make sense of the complex subcellular behaviors in multicellular systems, as described in my Cell Observatory proposal: nature.com/articles/s4159…
