@NathanScott_wx Thank you for posting. I just emailed @ryanvaughan with this exact question. I have noticed it in Northeast and North Central AR. Warnings are often issued a few minutes after the severe weather has passed. I know everyone is doing their best. Is there a way to fix this problem?

The lack of radar data in parts of Arkansas is unacceptable. Due to the curvature of the Earth the beam that starts in North Little Rock ends up being over 10,000 feet above the surface in NE AR. This makes it much more difficult to detect tornadoes unless they are strong.

Anyone else get anxious when wearing glasses? I find that the lack of clear peripheral vision and slight fishbowl effect of my lenses (my vision is bad!) creates anxiety across the course of a day if I'm not wearing my contacts. Wondering if others get this!

@KatherineSliter Tried cutting the whole in the bottom for the first time this year. It was an adjustment to say this least... handling it, etc. Overall, it was a more efficient way to remove the innards. Was pleasantly surprised.

For those who DO carve pumpkins, how do you access the innards? Do you create a lid on the top of the pumpkin or cut out a hole in the bottom?

@KatherineSliter I went to a small high school in rural Arkansas. Italian and Spanish were our two options for foreign language.

If you went to high school in the United States, and your school offered foreign language courses, did they offer anything outside of Spanish, German, and/or French? I feel like I very rarely see options beyond those three here in the U.S. until students get to college.
