Yes, teams should be careful who they hire of course but new entrants do not have an idea. Agencies that can bot the most get the contracts 😅

So was it worth it? here is what I accomplished in 2023 from being sober... ✅ Built my first Startup. ✅ Traveled across the globe to 8 countries. ✅ Started working with some of the biggest Creators on the planet. ✅ Co-founded a successful Agency. ✅ Attended my first festival sober. ✅ Onboarded over 3.2+million into Web3. ✅ Improved my physical & mental health. ✅ Met 5 billionaires. ✅ Made & lost 6 figures. ✅ Become a better person for my Partner, Friends, Colleagues & Family. ✅ Scaled the largest Web3 Mobile Gaming Brand. ✅ Volunteered in community & charity projects. ✅ Developed deeper, more meaningful relationships both personally and professionally. ✅ Met and befriended some genuinely amazingly beautiful humans. Alcohol has always been a huge part of my life growing up since I started drinking at the age of 16. I built a brand around it being the life of the party "Rowdy". However, I knew I was worth more and could achieve more and that alcohol didn't define me. 2023 was the year that all changed for me, reflecting back on the progress I've made in 365 days has been truly life-changing, I am living life in paradise on my terms, travelling the world, and solving real-world problems.
