I don’t see any explanation in replies. Maybe the source fries they used are somehow different than fries you can access to cook at home? This is weird indeed. Personally, the ones on the left look better. Hopefully someone who knows better will comment with a rationale as to why this happens.

@NoContextHumans The restaurant fries have a coating on them that prevents oxidation. Soak your fries in cold water for at least an hour to get rid of excess starch and prevent oxidation. Make sure to pat them dry before frying.

@HappyMotorhead It needs a winch and cable to not only get it up there safely but to control it when bringing it back down. Good idea just needs a little more work.

@Kuriositykills I wonder if there's an element of dissatisfaction in their career affecting their work ethic. As in is there a lot of female gyno's that feel pushed or sidelined into that as their specialty so they resent it. Where as men have to run a gauntlet to be accepted in that field.

My male gynecologist was the only doctor I had who took me seriously, ran test, and found that I had cancer/severe endometriosis & ovarian cyst…. He is the only reason I am not on cancer treatments and it did not spread beyond my reproductive organs… My female gynecologist told I needed to suck it up, that I wasn’t in pain and just needed birth control..
