@Argos_Online hi I’m just enquiring something I’ve ordered from Debenhams has been delivered to an Argos store by DX Express do I just go into the store to collect and do I have a certain time frame to collect?

@BootsUK would not recommend ordering online and a pick up from store don’t tell you an item isn’t going to arrive on your delivery date and it’s a present all you get is wait 7 days even though you order the item on the 10th Dec

@boohoo_cshelp Great customer service when you check where you refunds are and are told they both failed and someone will get back to you but still waiting just £60 out of pocket thanks boohoo

@AsdaServiceTeam well I think that’s the last time I’ll be shopping online with Asda order didn’t arrive had to ring up myself to find out where it was oh the driver has cancelled it thanks for letting me know then when I looked today says delivered absolute joke

@claires so you cancel my order the next day but I’m still waiting on a refund more than 10 days later tried to email customer services but still had nothing back can I please have my money back

@em_once @boohoo Yeah it’s a joke but I also think the wording on the website is also done badly as it says free returns for premier but then you still have the charge. I also said they didn’t send any communication out when they started the charge so bad

@Raybex @boohoo I was charged too. Been chatting to customer services for an hour. Been cut off twice! Apparently there was a policy change so from 3rd June to 17th Sep, returns were not free for premier. I’ve argued that I bought premier when returns were free (Nov) so should still get them.

@boohoo can you make the wording make sense when you say free returns for premier customers but then charge a £1.99 fee? It’s not clear at all
