I was ahead of my class in grade school and did Kumon for extra math practice. I had an aptitude, and I was interested, so I pursued the interest. I have A BSME and a minor in math. it was easy for me. It was easy because I grinded arithmetic fundamentals that paid divends the rest of my life. I had an aptitude early on but without that formative practice I would not have the brain I do today. Nobody is born a fucking genius. Had I never done kumon I would have been half the student I was. Anyone can learn anything, imo cognitive processing speed is all it takes to WOW you IQ loving cretins, which can be improved upon! Have fun never improving at anything and being the exact same as you are today for forever because you didn’t win the genetic lottery, unfortunate!

@zachwkeys The target is moving faster across your screen so your mouse also has to move faster than the speed you normally use for tracking mid/long range. Tracking is matching target speed and direction. Adjust crosshair by “beating them to the spot” and transitioning to a constant velcty

any tips from fellow mnk players on how to become more smooth when aiming close range. i can track pretty well at mid-long range and stay smooth but when it comes to close range my muscle memory seems to just go out the window and i can see myself not really tracking in clips

I'm going insane. There's a bird that keeps chirping outside of my window that sound exactly like the 'PING' sound that plays when you get a CS2 match. I keep grabbing for my mouse to hit 'ACCEPT' when I never queued in the first place.

Super random but COD advanced warfare was my favorite cod but the weapon variants made it pay to win in a way. you could use variants in ranked meanwhile the pros played base weapons. The break in continuity is very frustrating. You know you have the best chance of ranking up using variants but if you ever made it to pro eventually you would have to stop. I personally will be keeping snaptap off but it seems like a logical strategy for those that only care about pugs to use it indefinitely.

faceit has no method against scripting, despite being strictly forbidden by ESL. they even still allow snaptap on their servers, despite valve adding native anti-snaptap functionality that is enforced on official servers...

@hamboogaCS @ttvd9gz If my goal is to play with max competitive advantage, shouldn’t I just use snap tap? I can just turn it off every time I play official servers. Is there anything stopping me from using this in competition? Like do the TO’s decide this? Is it enforced at the major and by who?

@DanskiCS Totally agree they are overpriced but the fact you can transfer directly to Pokémon home is really nice for those that like to try and have a living dex. Makes getting old gen that haven’t seen love in recent gens easier to transfer.

OP considers this a massive gamble and I’m just pointing out that a spread setup could actually be considered a different type of gamble.

@TCArk1234 @KaslanSucks @iamcs2kitchen Don’t think it was. Either way if you 5 stack a bombsite you “expect” as CTs to win the round every time. So yes when evaluating things you cannot know or control you make assumptions to make the best prediction possible, which imo is what karrigan did.

@KaslanSucks @ayylmao669 @iamcs2kitchen Deep control is valid but the retake protocol will have been discussed prior so there shouldn’t be anything unexpected. Also the bomb timer has been 40 seconds since 2015 so maybe play less COD and more CS.

@MemeoriesCS @Plasma1337x I understand this thought process but I think it’s wrong (and it’s okay to handle it however you see fit). I just think we need to take more of a nip it in the bud attitude on these things. Though this can be difficult to do without creating witch hunts.

only reason I (fatguy) dont is because if I really think about what happened in the server I cant think about anything that was like a for sure hes cheating thing, and I like giving people benefit of the doubt to some degree they didnt have the demo for us to look at but if it becomes a bigger thing I will say who they claimed to be for sure

@MemeoriesCS @Plasma1337x They are trying to get away with something by being anonymous. By no means can we presume it to be malicious, but it’s a red flag in my book. We need to stop vague posting if we actually want to help keep the scene clean.

@MemeoriesCS @Plasma1337x You should just say who they claimed to be. I don’t see the downside in doing. Nor the upside in keeping things anonymous. This only enables shady behavior and gives plausible deniability for other shady behaviors.

The viscose benchmarks are great for all around mouse control. For me warming up on reactive tracking in general really helps sync my eyes and hands. A far away target is perceived as smaller and moves slower across your screen, while close targets are bigger but move faster. Keying in on the distance of the target can help you anticipate the required speed.
