@stfnnnn___ You can have big organisations. You can be bottlenecked by one part of the process where you require an output from a different team before proceeding. Don't take this as their defense. You have the full right to demand things from a game you pay for as a service.

@iamcs2kitchen IMO, Valve is big enough to have two teams, one working on fixing bugs and another team working on Armory (Operations, missions, etc)

People are upset that they are prioritising fixing the bugs for the major before they release the armoury update? We have come full circle

@stfnnnn___ As someone who has experience in such type of meetings, it depends on where the product/research is at but more importantly on the people who are chairing the meeting with decision making rights.

@iamcs2kitchen Let’s be honest, how much time do you think one employee needs to go through the Workshop and choose potential skins for two collections and two sticker collections? After that, they just have a meeting and decide what goes into the game.

@iamcs2kitchen I'm pretty sure the nade bug was only achievable on purpose, high end PCs are unlikely to have reliability issues anyway, and cache isn't in active duty - none of these fixes are really relevant for the major, and doing an armory rotation is just adding community made content

Honest feedback: The last chance notices for the armory are ridiculous, should be exact scheduling of some kind. 3 weeks and calling that a last chance is insane and not worthy of the phrasing. Also it genuinely leads to a lot of people wasting their time

@iamcs2kitchen you’re right, i am, because they put last chance up a fuckin month ago, if they want to keep working on maps instead of armory don’t put fucking last chance up, its RETARDED. valve is fucking with the ppl hyped for armory. idk if they think it’s funny or what but it’s ridiculous

@iamcs2kitchen Don't put up "last chance" for stuff if there's no scheduling for it, just leads to a bunch of people wasting their time. Fully deserved community distaste, them putting up that notice is fully on them. 3 weeks with a "last chance" notice is disgusting either way ngl.

@flash2160249517 @chrtnsn I dont open overlays. For me it has only crashed randomly while benchmarking. Other than that smooth experience for now.

@iamcs2kitchen @iamcs2kitchen @chrtnsn For me Steam Overlay doesn't work, so if you open a profile in game you essentially get stuck and have to fc the game, also a lot of hangs and crashes with the VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST error

@flash2160249517 I have been playing on wayland for 2 weeks now. It feels really smooth. There are some issues but premiere for me is playable completely

@iamcs2kitchen I've finished testing and there were no meaningful changes in performance or FPS. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d… For the initial test there must of been something running in the background for there being such a big discrepancy in 0.1%'s. There are NO gains from XBOX Mode.
