In 2024 the Newsom's bought this house for $9.1M ALL CASH through an LLC that Jen Newsom created (one week after the purchase)...
3 months later, they refinanced the property to pull out $6.5M!
According to @jenvanlaar, the Newsom's mortgage spend is ~600K annually for all of their real estate!
It's strange behavior to buy a property all cash through a makeshift LLC, then refinance to get the cash at a high interest rate.
