His point is why is a car valued at £40k used as a mobility car, surly cheaper car manufacturers and models should be used since the average tax payer wouldn’t be able to even afford this car.

@London_W4 @Gillian275Gm So being disabled is not a means tested benefit. Motability is to help someone with a disability get around, it’s a right not a privilege. Disabled people are allowed to work and add extra money to buy a better car. Or should they not be allowed to work?
