If I haven’t said it enough, I will never fly @SouthwestAir again. Diverted our flight due to mechanical issues and caused us to miss our connecting flights then tried to say they weren’t giving us any hotel stays and that we could sleep in the airport. Nah got me F’d up

I'm really tired of @SouthwestAir making my daughter cry. Two times in the last month her flights have been cancelled or delayed from LGA. Hearing my daughter cry is the absolute worst. Unresponsive staff. Just brutal.

Done flying @SouthwestAir. First a delay, I went to the bar 3 gates away. Delay was recendid. App never updated, I am on standby to maybe, possibly, if lucky get home. Southwest has so many of flights over booked at this point that I doubt I'll make it back. F this airline
