Yes you mentioned the Budapest Memorandum. None of those articles mentions ANY guarantees of any kind. You're just being moronic - security vs force guarantees, are you for real? Again, where are the guarantees? Ukrainian politicians have even been scandalized back in the era that Ukraine got played and they should have signed further agreements, which never happened. Ukraine TRIED to join NATO and was refused. Obama's USA agreed. It was FRance and Germany who opposed, at the Bucharest 2008 summit, the real reason being the one that Ukraine is unpredictable, they can switch from anti-Russian to pro-Russian governments any given time, hence becoming a liability, a Trojan Horse if you want. So, again, can you tell me how was the USA a guarantor of anything?

So far you haven't answered my question. Where are the guarantees, if you please? #6 - Check. There's been a lot of consulting. #5. Nuclear weapons haven't been used, so the memorandum is still in effect. #4 - Ukraine didn't face nuclear aggression so #4 doesn't apply. Also, the presidency of the UNSC back in 2022 was being held by.... Russia. #3 - I am not aware of any economic coercion against Ukraine, on the contrary, it's Russia who faces sanctions. #2, and most important, #1 - where does it say what happens if force IS applied. I'm waiting.

Trump is highly dependent on European air bases for his war on Iran. The European countries should demand that the US stands up for Ukraine with arms and finances or gets kicked out of Europe.
