I spent my weekend with @iksly2 getting 1 million views, 10,000+ followers, and 100+ paid signups. I always preach that virality is an important tool to grow your brand online. The amazing part is the quality of people in the DMs: celebrities, influencers, and partnerships. If you want someone who engineers viral content for your brand and grows your page, my DMs are open. Enjoy your week, guys.

𝕏 is boring when you don't earn from it. i don't know how people build a business and still post for fun. every day: → post 2+ times → engage with 200+ accounts → pay for 𝕏 Premium that was me months ago. chasing vanity metrics thinking i was making progress. then i started cold outreach. it showed me if my content got attention. it showed me if people would pay for my offer. getting rejected in the dm game taught me more than months of posting. that's when 𝕏 stopped being social media and started becoming a business.

@calebcmedia And a designer was arguing with me yesterday. When I said business owners are willing to pay designers again they'll rather even pay for the pro version of AI and get the social media person to do designs.

Walked into a new restaurant this afternoon, and something caught my attention. Every single design was AI-generated. The signboard. The menu. The wall graphics. Everything! Now I’m wondering… is there a future where graphic designers still thrive?

Yes, but at an advanced level. You’re no longer just a casual graphic designer, you now need to stack several complementary skills alongside design. In short, you have to build a toolkit that communicates and drives action through visuals. That’s far broader and more impactful than basic graphic design alone.

The past few days of joining a new organization have been an amazing experience. From the onboarding and training sessions to implementing some of the things I already knew, it’s been a great learning experience. One thing this experience has reminded me of is this: don’t wait until you get a job before learning the skills. Having a solid foundation in operations, automation, and project management made the transition much easier. Instead of everything feeling completely new, I was able to understand the workflows faster, contribute confidently, and focus on learning how the organization operates. Interestingly, my role also involves marketing, so I’ve been learning new marketing strategies and processes alongside my operations responsibilities. It’s stretched me in a good way and shown me how important it is to keep expanding your skill set. Every day, I’m adding to what I already know, and I can already see how it’s shaping me into a better operations professional. The lesson here is simple: invest in yourself before the opportunity comes. Build the foundational skills, stay curious, and keep learning. When the opportunity eventually comes, you’ll spend less time trying to catch up and more time creating value. Your existing knowledge won’t give you all the answers, but it gives you a head start. Learning never stops!

I went from being a broke stay-at-home mom to landing a 35k monthly internship, to making multiple 7 figures in freelancing, and now to duplicating the same with digital products. It’s been an amazing journey Six weeks later, we just crossed 20K in sales I love this baby steps

I got the @nestuge Trailblazer Plaque in just two months of being on the platform. Today was emotional for me Every time I remember where I came from I just feel grateful. The best decision I ever made for myself was learning a skill. In the last two years I have worked with clients across the EU, North America, and Australia. Helping them show up on LinkedIn, launch digital products, and grow their revenue. But my own brand was nothing Then October last year I decided that had to change, I started building my own personal brand I showed up on X and started creating content consistently, this year I expanded into video creation and while I was creating, people started asking me to teach them. So I decided to monetize my knowledge. And here we are. In just two months we hit this milestone on Nestuge and I’m still trying to process it😩 I tried recording a video earlier but I was crying through most of it. I might still post it when I feel less emotional. 😅 To anyone reading this Learn a skill, deliver value with it and when you get to a point where you can genuinely help people, don’t be afraid to charge for that knowledge. I want to thank my husband for being part of this journey and my friends for supporting me all the way. This is our win guys, Congratulations to us. 🎉

My grandmother passed away last year. She lived in the village. We lived in Lagos. The distance always felt manageable until it wasn't. The last time I visited, she pulled me close and said, "I don't know how to use these phones you all carry. So when I think of you, I just look at your picture on the wall." That broke me. She'd spent her entire life loving us, but technology kept her cut off from the daily moments of our lives. After she passed, I kept thinking about all the grandparents, parents, and elders who feel disconnected from their families because technology was built for the young, the fast, and the tech-savvy. That's why we're building JustTalk. A simple, voice-first communication app designed for people who don't want to learn 50 buttons. Just press, talk, and connect with the people you love. Because nobody should feel forgotten just because the world moved too fast. This one's for grandma. And for every elder who deserves to feel close to their family, no matter the distance. It's available on the App store and Google play. Before you rush to download it for your grandma or grandpa, I should clarify something. This isn't a real product. It's a sample post I wrote to show you what my ghostwriting looks like. The real post was written for a SaaS founder based in Canada. I created this version so you can see the style and emotional pull without me sharing his actual business details. The real post generated 120 downloads and 44 active users within the first hour of posting. We then turned that same post into a script for a talking-head video, posted it on TikTok, and it reached 80,000 people. This is the kind of content I create for founders and solo SaaS builders who are too busy to write, but still want a personal brand that actually converts on LinkedIn and Twitter. That's what happens when you hire someone who is both a copywriter and a content marketing strategist in one.

Thank God I haven’t married yet. Right now, I can chase my dreams like a madman, fail, get back up, and keep going without carrying the weight of a family on my shoulders. To everyone building a business while raising a family, I genuinely respect you.

It seems like Supply Chain careers are the new hype. Not too long ago, it was Cybersecurity. Before that, it was Data Science. Then Cloud. Then AI. Trends will always come and go. The people who consistently build successful careers aren’t those who chase every new trend they’re the ones who commit to mastering their craft. Your career doesn’t open doors by itself. Your commitment, consistency, and competence do. Have a productive week.

Someone just built a $15 million business with AI using nothing but a laptop and an internet connection. 👏 Honestly, that one no concern me. I’m focused on my own quest. This week, stop measuring your progress against someone else’s timeline. Focus on your own work.
