Tech used - I am using A/B testing plugin via @NelioSoft_ES Open to ideas on what else I could have done to do a better job analysing.

We are getting mixed responses. From this what I know is it is not a massive improvement in terms of conversions, but will not hurt the business.

Running A/B experiment on homepage for simplecalendar.io. Control Version is the old UI and Variant B is the new UI, see screenshot. Here is what I have observed.

When our startup failed, it was super tough. But, in the process we became really good at SEO. So, we used the website of our failed startup and drove organic traffic of 1 million/ mo. Now, we make $13,000/ mo through ads! This helps us bootstrap our new startup, buildd :)
