@adamhe_sea @FISGlobal Same. I hadn't called Paytrust support in yrs, but it appears the current owners have support outsourced to a third-party. I spoke to someone overseas who was courteous but obviously reading from a script and did not know the new software. Have you started sourcing a replacement?

Say @FISGlobal , do you accept constructive feedback? The Paytrust redesign is a complete disaster. A simple task, "When I get a bill, tell me about it, and let me pay it." has been turned inside out, with your service telling me to pay billers I haven't paid IN YEARS. 1/2
