Talking to reporters on is return from #Moscow on Saturday, Mullah Yaqoob said, "If Pakistan has made any complaints, it may be afraid of the agreement with Russia. As you have seen, a few months ago, Pakistan dared to bomb any part of Afghanistan, so we are trying to prevent them from doing so in the near future." His media talk focused on the agreement signed with Russia. Mullah Yaqoob said "It is neither a security nor a defence agreement. It is a military and technical agreement and no one should have concerns. We have Russian military equipment, which need repair and it would be done under the framework of the agreement.
