@AKGrenier @netflix It’s tough fight, I’ve been on your side, product side, (eg building peacock full ep app). In the end the advertisers control what the experience is. No matter how many epic mock-ups we proposed, it always comes back to pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll. Display ads are CPM garbage.

@RobertAngelo @netflix Except FB, Google, and Apple have proven with a large enough footprint there’s significantly more revenue if you own it. Netflix is in rare territory to do it right. I do agree they shouldn’t go too custom. Hence the “IG ad to Netflix” portability will entice ad buyers
