Just seen this whacky, wonderful and cleverly comedic performance at @polkatheatre by @Spymonkeycomedy . Go along for a good giggle!

The bodies for our wonderful puppets were hand carved by the gifted Stephen Foster under direction of our master puppet builder, Darryl Worbey. The design and techniques used in this build retain a lot of the traditional qualities of Lanchester’s marionette puppets of the 1940s.

It is painful to witness the desecration and decay of the Whitechapel Bell Foundry, especially when we want to buy it to start casting bells again and cherish the historic buildings

Such vivid memories of going here while on holiday in Colwyn Bay - age 7. And winning a teddy & a willow pattern tin of Liquorice Allsorts on the pier!

Wishing puppeteer, artist and producer Mary Turner , the happiest of 90th Birthdays today ! . We met in 1981 and ever since Mary has been both a cherished friend , constant inspiration and collaborator .
