You hear boasting loud and clear: no kids, no problem. Weed at bedtime, hop on a plane to Istanbul whenever she feels like it. Freedom! Happiness! Don’t buy it. When someone has to shout their joy from the rooftops over and over, something’s missing. The heart knows. You want real freedom? It’s not clutching your own life tight, so nobody bothers you.
