@SCsupport There’s no way of contacting support. So many people have had issues with SoundCloud yet you guys don’t attempt to do anything about it. You guys are truly scumbags. This shouldn’t take a week to fix. Tomorrow will be a week and I have yet to hear back from someone. What a joke!

@SCsupport I’ve given the bot my ticket number on 5 occasions and I just gave you my ticket number yesterday and you’re asking me again today. I contacted the help center on Friday and SoundCloud has yet to resolve my issue. You expect people to pay $15 for a subscription yet

@SCsupport Now it’s stating that the tickets are empty and there’s no details regarding this ticket? Yesterday you said they’re working on the tickets and today they’re empty and still no response from you.

@SCsupport Is this post the best you can do? Yesterday you stated that they’re working on the ticket. Yesterday you suggested I go to the help center and I told you that I’ve already done that twice and now you’re telling me to go back to the help center that offered me no help?!

@SoundCloud @SCsupport I submitted a ticket/work order on Friday 3/20 and absolutely ZERO response. I’ve logged into the app and tried to troubleshoot through the help center but it’s a bot and it gets you no where. There’s numerous comments of similar situations on Reddit.
