@Chattymanggg@sarvielle I do 20-30k steps without running involved and am in very good health other than plantar fascitis currently. But then again people who dont even walk can get it too
@sarvielle As long as a person is fueling properly I can see people working up to 20k a day. Of course their job and how much they train (if they’re strength training) can also play a factor in this.
please do NOT aim for more than 10k steps a day. i know it seems like an ‘easy quick fix’ but i’m telling you, your body is NOT made to endure this much stress on a daily basis. you will hurt your joints and cause lasting, painful damage. DO NOT DO EXTREME THINGS TO YOUR BODY

@HankFrank@MurrayHillGuy1 Going to run clubs with the exception of dating is a red flag. People do much better when they just do their life and not obsess over the opposite gender
@MurrayHillGuy1 People clown run club dating until they realize you’re meeting someone who wakes up early, takes care of their body, and actually shows up when they say they will. That’s a better filter than any app.
The same people clowning dating at run clubs, gym dates, and meeting people at workout classes…
are the same people going on a 3x/week Hinge dates where both people already know it’s not going anywhere. Lonely and sad!
@TrailsAndAlesUK@DataProGuy I still take my vest on 5ks as allows me to store my phone and sometimes want to run further 🤣 one time I went to run 5k and ended up running 14 miles...
@Michal_sensfan@MattSybrant6563@Symply_rhoda1 Ignoring bullying causes trauma into adulthood and makes you suspectible to bullying when an adult. Standing up for yourself teaches self respect and puts them in their place. Chances are a bullies mum or dad are bullies too...
@Symply_rhoda1 Why? Is it because your bully child was hit back by the victim?
Do you want the victim to resolve the issue with your child amicably? Do you not want your child to be hit for hitting others?
Wow this is very familiar, ive seen this before, somewhere...
@MattSybrant6563@Symply_rhoda1 This exactly! I wish I had also done that. Rhoda isnt thinking of the trauma bullying can have on kids when they become adults either... some of the teachers would have also been bullies when they were kids unfortantley.
@Symply_rhoda1 No. People like you are the problem. Kids need to learn how to defend themselves. They need to know that they are not to start anything however when the little shit at school whom they NEVER hold accountable starts something my kid will finish it!
@Symply_rhoda1 And? The real world is a lot like school. Bullies in school will often be bullies in the workplace too! If I could go back in time I would tell myself to have a go back at bullies. Doesnt even need to mean violence but often times teachers must know someones being bullied.
Training for a marathon and only ran 18 miles in 2 weeks due to plantar fascitis and a bad back beforehand ffs... I cant rest as my work even involves walking so hoping to make my foot better soon

There can be only two possibilities:
1. Rapinoe sincerely believes that males competing against females in sport is safe & fair; revealing a weird denial of her real-life experience as a female player ⚽️. (She was trounced by teenaged boys in a scrimmage.)
OR
2.
@FoxNews This is a really complex issue, and it’s clear both sides feel strongly about fairness and inclusion. It’s going to take more than headlines to actually find a balance everyone can agree on 🤝🗣️
OUT OF BOUNDS: Megan Rapinoe slams the new IOC policy limiting women’s events to biological females based on sex testing.
"This committee is framing it as based in science, which it’s not," she said. "This will ultimately just prevent people from competing within the women’s
