I know some psych grads who are legitimately practicing as “psychologists” abroad with nothing but a degree. It’s very scary.

Its easy to buy into myths so here is a reminder: you can be working class & professional, you can be working class & academic, you can be working class & pursue a psychology career. You do belong. Our backgrounds enrich our perspectives and bring diverse strengths to the table!

So this time last year I was at a loss with the DClin process. One year interviews and next nothing! But this year I've had interviews and been fortunate to have a place on the DClin! I almost didnt apply this year but so glad I have one more try before plan b! #dclinpsy
