
Jan 1st, 2025 Day 1: 💯 pushups, 1 min plank After 500 days straight of at least 💯 pushups a day & 1 min plank, mixed with various cardio & strength training routines, I took a break starting around the holiday season, to rest my bones and enjoy some holiday grub w/fam & friends… Break time is over and time to get back at it.
