@manypets_uk Renewal from £39 to £71 per month for a mixed breed (Cockapoo). That’s 82% increase for a young dog!!! Must be error. I emailed but no response yet and the direct debit is looming. Please check your emails! I can’t afford this 😭

Is anyone getting a response from @manypets_uk? Seems they don’t reply to customers. 5 emails over 5 days plus numerous DMs. My renewal is almost double for a 3 year old dog!! And they won’t communicate, just take it by direct debit.
