Admiral William H. McRaven gave one of the best explanations for dealing with unfair situations I've ever heard. Everyone has heard him talk about making your bed, but this story might be even better... "Get over being a sugar cookie." The Sugar Cookie Story:
Always hold the standard. You must rise to the standard, and call others to rise to it as well. The standard never changes. How you do anything is how you do everything. You get what you allow. The little things matter, and you must realize & get others to understand that everything matters. Lead by example. Hold others accountable to the standard. Leave things better than you found them. #RTTS
