Aug through Feb Euro forecast had 16.6 NS. Latest has 8.5 NS meaning we would have to see 8 storms rest of this month, which isn't going to happen. Thus can consider this euro backing off their earlier forecasts.

I think it's pretty clear we are headed into #ElNino. Continued warming and sub surface waters also showing strong warm anomalies.

Here we go again - is the GFS living in fantasy land? Euro showing nada. CMC has a storm near/over Yucatan. Time will tell and something to watch with a deep pool of very warm water over the Caribbean.

I mentioned in my seasonal trop video that waters would start to cool back down in the key Niño 3.4 region. Looks like we are seeing those subsurface cooler waters work to the surface keeping #LaNiña around as we start to approach peak ATL hurricane season.

Been working on an outlook for the rest of the tropical season. This certainly caught my eye.

Look - it's not much, but it's rideable and it's ours. Looking at Tuesday for noticeably bigger #surf from trade swell. Super fun on bigger boards and perfect size for schools and newer surfers.

Here's another b2b tube from Monday. Had to be on this one to score some #surf as the window was very narrow.
