@Rb__sa reality is I’m not the only one. I know of an entire network of people who have or are in the process of moving to @Discovery_SA . They worked tirelessly to integrate the @FNBSA ecosystem for ebucks. The status quo was always in balance now that it’s not they’ve gladly moved on

@Rb__sa Sadly @FNBSA failed to listen to their customers concerns around the rule changes and implemented them anyway. I was fully integrated into their ecosystem and have now decided it’s time to move away. I guess I’m only one customer so no real loss there

@FNBSA @Discovery_SA For all its “hype” the #FNBPAYDAY was extremely disappointing. Positioned to compete with Discovery D Day and mitigate the backlash of the poorly executed rule changes announced recently, all they’ve managed to do is further alienate their customers @FNBSA

Dear @FNBSA, these unexpected #eBucks rule changes are completely unacceptable and go against the principles of a rewards program. Are you seriously changing the rules mid-eBucks year to punish the very same people who jumped through hoops to adhere to your annual rule changes in July? Stop counting cents and look at the bigger impact of this break in trust you just announced. Don't just consider those who will leave, but also consider how this damages the trust relationship between you and your customers. All of this for what? The bottom line?
