One of the things that’s so disturbing about sex addiction therapy programs is they liken it to alcohol or drug addiction. They don’t warn spouses or families of the dangerousness of it, they don’t acknowledge the sexual abuse that has often occurred, and instead label them as enablers.

What we are seeing in so many of these men is sexual addiction and fetish. Autogynophilia is a known sexual paraphilia where a man self sexualizes himself as his objectified fantasy woman. This is largely influenced by porn, specifically sissy hypno porn. These men are heterosexual. Before its complete capture by activists and pharma interests, psychology used to be clear about the connections between porn, paraphilias, and other antisocial behaviors. Serial killers like Ed Gein, Jerry Brudos, Edmond Kemper, and Gary Heidnik all cross dressed. Autogynophilia is linked to escalating behaviors. Paraphilias are known to cluster and where we find one, we’re likely to see others. The normalization of trans ideology in culture has endorsed these men to publicly act out their fetish more and more brazenly. And instead of curbing this deeply antisocial behavior, many are actually applauding these men as “stunning and brave.” The behavior is disturbing and brings up women’s natural revulsion & disgust instincts against antisocial behaviors. But women are being directed to repress our natural instincts. And the worst of this insanity is that we’re being told, contrary to all safeguarding basics, to actually accept these men into our intimate spaces where we are in states of undress.

If you haven’t heard, and even if you have, Jimmy Kimmel said this about Markwayne Mullin, former Senator from Oklahoma, and our newest Secretary of Homeland Security: “We have a plumber now protecting us from terrorism.” Apparently, there has been some backlash. Plumbers were offended, obviously, as were parents of plumbers, spouses of plumbers, children of plumbers, and millions of people who have had a plumber show up when they needed one. Comedians were also offended, (the funny ones, anyway,) along with a surprising number of terrorists - especially those with access to hot and cold running water. However, in spite of the ensuing kerfuffle, @jimmykimmel doubled down. “I’m not upset that the head of Homeland Security was a plumber,” he said, “I’m upset that he isn’t still a plumber." He further elucidated by adding, "I wouldn't put a plumber in charge of Homeland Security for the same reason I wouldn't call a five-star general to pull a rat out of my toilet, OK? We all have our areas of expertise.” Being offended is always a choice, and I don’t choose to be offended by a joke, even one that comes at the expense of the skilled tradespeople my foundation tries to elevate. But I am a tad butt hurt by the suggestion that skilled workers should never evolve into something new, and that competence is somehow limited to one vocation. Obviously, expertise and skill are important. If I need a new kidney, I’d prefer a doctor do the surgery, not a late-night talk show host. But if the doctor in question used to host a talk show, why would I hold that against him? Ten years ago, during one of the presidential debates, @MarcoRubio answered a workforce-related question by arguing that America needed to get shop class back into high schools. He concluded by saying, “What our country needs are more welders and fewer philosophers.” A lot of people on this page commented that Rubio and I were singing from the same hymnal, but in fact, we weren’t. At least not entirely. Because I don’t think the current shortage of welders has anything to do with an overabundance of philosophers. In fact, I think it’s a mistake to promote one vocation at the expense of the other. What we really need in this country, are more welders who can talk intelligently about Aristotle, and more philosophers who can run an even bead. More Generals, in other words, who can fix their own toilets, and more plumbers who can hold a powerful government job. This is what Mullin did. He was a private citizen who mastered an essential skill and then turned that skill into a multi-million-dollar company that employed a lot of people and served a lot of customers. That gave him the freedom to do other things with his life, including a career in public service which got him into Congress, where he’s spent the last eleven years doing whatever Congressmen do. Now, he has a very consequential position in the Cabinet of the current administration. Is that not the embodiment of the American Dream? I get that Jimmy Kimmel might have a problem with Mullin’s politics, but what possible objection could he have about the trajectory of his career, or his desire to do more than one thing with his life? The only sensible thing to do in the wake of a moment this tone deaf, is remind America that the skills gap is wide, and getting wider. The shortage of skilled tradespeople is now headline news and closing it is nothing less than a matter of national security. I think the issue is much broader than most people realize. It's not just about dating, it's about a decline in all kinds of socialization for a huge percentage of young people. It manifests in different ways: many kids today are not eager to get a driver license at 16 anymore or move out at 18 (granted, that is probably an economic problem more than a psychological one). Young people (teens-early 20s) today are overall way more isolated and lonely than we were at their age. They grew up in a panopticon and are, understandably, afraid of doing something wrong or "cringe" that gets recorded and makes them an object of online ridicule. This is causing social anxiety en masse. They don't go out and party like my generation did in high school and college. They don't have as many experiences like we did at that age, of meeting strangers at house parties and striking up conversations that convert into friendships. Now if there is a house party, I imagine, they're all on their phones. I am not trying to be condescending, because the issue is broader than any individual and the social conditioning is powerful. They don't have as big of a friend circle at all, generally speaking, and those friends they have, they interact with online more than in-person. Dating is just a symptom, downstream of the decline in real world socialization. Obviously there are exceptions to this rule. There are still communities where kids and young adults have healthy social lives that our generations would recognize. But things have changed dramatically. I would guess you've seen some of this with your daughter's classmates.

I once was a bookkeeper for a church. We got a new Pastor and he was very arrogant. I remember that I handled the confidential tithes and offerings of the parishioners, and he wanted to see them. I told him no. I told him that wasn't any of his business, and as a pastor he should know that. Then he started bringing in friends to speak on Sundays. Love offerings were collected, and on Monday morning, he would ask me how much had been collected. Let's say it was $1459.00. He would tell me to round that up. So, I would say, okay, $1500? He would say no, give them $2000. I fought him. Things got ugly. He started pounding his fist on the desk, telling me that the buck stopped with him. I yelled right back, and I told him that I treated that checkbook as if it were God's checkbook and I wasn't writing another check from it. I quit on the spot. Pastors and churches need to be held accountable. Their financials should be completely public.

Kansas Legislature passed a school requirement for a civics test prior to graduation based on the U.S. naturalization test. It's on Gov. Kelly's desk this week. The bill also included teaching communism and socialism. #ksed #ksleg HB 2412

My middle schoolers have had no US history curriculum to date in the public schools. They didn’t know the name of the Civil War. We started doing the citizenship test questions via flash cards and they now could pass it with flying colors. Excited to do this with them next!

Was recently tracking and delayed in ATL and my kiddo asked why we couldn’t drive from there to FL. I lol’d bc that’s a haul. Turns out if we would have left when he said it, we would have gotten there sooner.
